Louise Burns is no stranger to the local music scene with her melancholy blend of noir-pop. Her sophomore release, The Midnight Mass, was released last year through Light Organ Records. “Heaven” is the latest track off the record, and the video was directed by Daniel Code and produced by Anthem Jackson Productions.
Inspired by childhood fantasy and Karate Kid, the video for “Heaven” features a young, butt-kicking female protagonist (played by Teila Noble) and the use of slow motion pairs nicely with Burns’ dreamy vocals and ethereal soundscape.
